The interpretive method
BaZi analysis follows the Zi Ping method transmitted since the Song dynasty — Day Master strength, Ten Gods structure, favorable elements, then luck cycles and annual years — anchored in the classics Yuan Hai Zi Ping, San Ming Tong Hui and Di Tian Sui. Zi Wei analysis follows the Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu tradition of twelve palaces, fourteen major stars and the four transformations. The dual-chart edition cross-checks conclusions between the two systems before giving combined guidance.
